No, you don’t need to learn a storytelling structure or a copywriting formula to start writing.
Here’s how we think –
“I need to learn the PAS framework, and then I will start writing.”
“I need to learn how to write hooks, and then I will start writing.”
“I need to learn the arc of storytelling, and then I would start writing.”
And before we know it, we have 463 documents on our laptops, filled with frameworks, storytelling structures, copywriting formulae, etc.
What we don’t have is practise. The act of showing up every day and publishing.
Frameworks and formulae are important, yes. Very important.
But much more important is showing up every day and putting yourself out there. Frameworks can be learned along the way.
