There is nothing uglier than a teacher holding back some secrets or formulae from their student.
Some teachers keep a few things secret because they are afraid. They are afraid that the student might actually go ahead of them.
They are also afraid that once all the “secret formulae” are shared, the student won’t need the teacher again!
However, the best teachers that I know, never keep any secret.
If you are keeping secrets, what kind of teacher are you?
Do you not care about giving the best to your students?
The only aim here is to help the student become the best version of themselves.
Like my friend Indrajit Deshmukh says, “The aspiration is that the other person benefits from me so much, that he goes much ahead than me.”
