It’s easy to look at an article that you wrote and judge yourself for how bad it is.

It is easy to look at the recording of a talk that we gave and then feel bad because it could have been better. And so on…

This negative feeling is healthy feedback, which can motivate us to do better work tomorrow.

But, be careful. Dwelling in this feeling for a long time will drain you. It will sap your energy.

As an Artist, you will produce crappy work. And that’s fine.

Don’t keep on dwelling on the bad work. Do better work tomorrow.
