Most Coaches and Experts feel the pressure to build an ‘I-know-it-all’ image. They are expected to appear cool, make no mistakes, and have answers to all problems.

To maintain this image, they often overcompensate. They mask their insecurities by boasting.

If we show our human side, our target audience can empathize with us. Not everyone, but at least the smallest viable audience we aim to reach.

Embracing vulnerability, authenticity, and humanity will pull the right people towards our brand. You, anyway, don’t want to work with people that don’t resonate with your ideas.
