It used to bother me when my content went unnoticed. Or when I don’t get ‘Likes’.
It still does at times. But not as much.
LinkedIn is awesome. I make some very cool friends and connections there. I will keep posting on Linkedin, but…
And this is a big but…
I aspire to do it without feeling the pressure of optimizing the content for reach. No clever hooks. No specific time for publishing to ensure that the LinkedIn algorithm is happy with me. I am just done with that game.
Linkedin is a platform where I can share my gifts and insights. Nothing more.
I will never be an influencer. I would never go viral. And this thought brings me peace.
