One challenge that I have faced while helping Founders and CEOs build their personal brand is that they are not clear about their unique POV.

They are not clear about what they (and their businesses) stand for and what they are fighting against.

There is no ‘Old game’ they are attacking.

No ‘New game’ that they are advocating.

I get it. It’s not easy to find and articulate your POV. There is fear involved.

But the Founders we admire (from cliched examples like Steve Jobs to more contemporary examples like David Cancel), have always had a POV. They are opinionated. Not everybody loves them, but some do.

It’s worth figuring out and articulating your POV.
