A simple way to make your content more interesting

A simple way to make your story more interesting is to show the transformation of the Hero.

Take the example of Captain Marvel. She always believed (and was always told) that her emotions were bad. Towards the end, she realizes that emotions are actually her allies.

Or consider, Po from Kung Fu Panda. He has felt incomplete and incompetent his whole life. Only when he sees the dragon scroll and has a conversation with his father does he realize he already is the hero he’s been searching for within himself.

The hero’s mind changes:

• At the start of the movie, she has a particular worldview.
• At the end of the movie, her worldview changed.

When we create content or tell stories, we can start with the question –

“What transformation do I want to show?”

With this question, I’m hopeful that our content will be a lot more impactful.
