Writing gives us immense clarity.

It helps us cut through the noise in our head, and put something meaningful on a piece of paper.

One practice that I highly recommend is – “Morning Pages”.

This practice has many versions; I will share mine.

Every morning, start writing words on a piece of paper (or a word doc if you want to be digital) and don’t stop before you hit your target of 500 words.

While doing this practice, it is necessary to note that you don’t edit what you have written. You don’t try to sound cool.

You just let go and vomit on paper.
