It’s no secret that Mindfulness, as a concept, is getting popular. According to research, it is believed that globally 200 to 500 million people meditate every-day. (Source: https://www.thegoodbody.com/meditation-statistics/

We are in the middle of a global pandemic, which is causing the anxiety and stress levels to go up. People are in dire need of a path that will give them hope. It seems to me, that this situation will push more people towards Mindfulness practices.

The acceptance of Mindfulness makes me happy. I genuinely believe that Mindfulness makes the world better, and hence it gives me great joy that people are accepting this practice.

However, there is something that is bothering me.

This boom in the industry is giving rise to wanna-be Mindfulness teachers.

The wanna-be organizations are just riding this wave of popularity. They believe less in the merit of Mindfulness and more in making a quick buck. They are not being true to the core concepts of Mindfulness.

Corrupting Mindfulness, just so that you can make more money, does not sit well with me.

The Mindfulness organizations that are genuine, now are forced to compete with these new emerging organizations.

How can the authentic and genuine Mindfulness training organizations navigate through this?

How can they build trust with the people they seek to serve?

How can these organizations convey their authentic message to people?

The answers are many. However, I want to talk about Email Marketing

Wisely done Email Marketing can be a game-changer for any business.

Email is much more effective than social media as you have a better chance of reaching your audience.

According to Sendgrid – “Email has the highest ROI (return on investment) with an average of $42 for every dollar invested.”

And so, I want to share something with you.

I have analyzed the email campaigns of the top 30 Mindfulness organizations that seem to be doing work with honesty and integrity. In a noisy world, filled with copycats, these organizations are true to Mindfulness and making an impact. You are on this page as you belong to one such organization.

Although most of the Mindfulness training organizations are already engaged in Email Marketing, there is a lot of work that still needs to be done.

This document has been made with an intention to help Mindfulness Training Organizations transform their Email Marketing, build authentic relationships with their audience, and stand out from the noise.
