A tiny business that serves a few customers has an unfair advantage over big businesses that need many customers.
You can pick up the phone and call this customer to wish them a Happy New Year.
Or you could send them a handwritten letter.
Or you could send all customers a personalized ‘Happy New Year’ video.
Or you could show up on their doorstep and surprise them. (Don’t do this, though. It’s a bit creepy.)
Magic is better than scaling, don’t you think?
