If you google, “Top innovative companies” and club this search with a particular location, many companies will appear in the search.
Now, the question would be – “How many of them are just calling themselves innovative, to sound fancy?
Being innovative is different from putting the word “innovative” in your website.
Don’t call yourself an innovative organization if you do not allow your employees to fail and make mistakes.
Innovation can only happen through mistakes; not by playing it safe.
